April 1, 2026

Hi everyone,

Thank you all so much for your incredible support and for responding to our recent news. We are officially back on the road with Stick Men, but I wanted to provide a proper update on everything that has been happening.

Cruise to the Edge & South America
Both Stick Men and my other band, TRUCE, performed on Cruise to the Edge last month. TRUCE had a wonderful time playing live, and we recorded our second set in the Atrium. We hope to release this 45-minute recording soon as a thank-you to our fans and as a live demo for future bookings.

The Stick Men shows on the cruise were also a success, despite the heat on the pool deck causing some technical issues with our gear. We were honored to have Eddie Jobson join us for "Red" at the end of our set. Following the cruise, we played satisfying shows in Argentina and Chile.

Gear Update
As many of you know, some of our equipment was stolen from our luggage while in the custody of the airline on our way back from South America. While some items appeared on Facebook Marketplace in Santiago, Tony’s and my gear are still missing. Fortunately, a friend was able to recover Pat’s sample pad. We are moving past this now and focusing on the music.

Stick Men US Tour
We are currently one-quarter of the way through our 24-show US tour, covering the Northeast and Midwest, with one stop in Toronto. We will be on the road for the remainder of April. Following this tour, I will head to Portugal for the Gouveia Festival to perform with TRUCE again.

New Album & Mailing List
We are nearing the end of production for our new Stick Men studio record, featuring 12 tracks, almost 60 minutes of music.

- June Release: A collectible single-disk edition will be available exclusively during the BEAT tour in Europe
- Special Edition: We are launching a pre-order campaign for a 2-disk special edition featuring two unique versions of the album.

We are also launching an official Stick Men mailing list. Please find the link below to sign up. As a bonus, we plan to send a free download of the best-sounding show from each tour to everyone on the list.

Additional News

- Touch Guitar Book: I am very happy with the progress of the book and hope to announce a release date soon.
- Stock Instruments: I have 6 of 10 pre-financed instruments still available through Touch Guitars. I will post more details on this separately.

Despite a few hurdles, including van troubles that nearly delayed our Northampton show, the band is sounding better than ever. Most of our shows have been sold out so far, and we are so grateful for the reception.

I hope to see you at one of the remaining 18 dates. I don't know for how long I can keep doing this. Thank you for following this journey.

Much love,
Markus
