Touring can be exhilarating, meaningful, and creatively fulfilling — and at the same time, it can be lonely, exhausting, and emotionally disorienting. Many musicians quietly carry the weight of constant travel, unstable income, relational strain, burnout, or the simple challenge of trying to stay grounded while living an ungrounded life.
I’m hosting a small, in-person support group in Berlin for musicians who are dealing with the realities of touring and long-term artistic work. This is not therapy. It’s a peer space: honest conversation, shared experience, and practical strategies for navigating the emotional, creative, and logistical pressures that come with life on the road.

Why I’m doing this
After decades of touring internationally as a composer, performer, and educator, I’ve seen how much musicians (incl. myself) struggle — often silently — with stress, fatigue, relationship challenges, financial pressure, and the emotional turbulence that comes with constant movement. Alongside my musical work, I’ve spent many years studying psychology, creative-process work, and coaching methods, and I regularly support artists in navigating their inner landscape as much as their craft. This group brings those two sides together: lived experience and psychological insight, shared honestly and without hierarchy. If you feel drawn to join, you’re welcome.
