January 2027 TGC

Every January, touch-style players from around the world gather in Mount Bethel, PA for a rare and deeply immersive experience led by Markus Reuter: six days of music, connection, and study dedicated to the art of touch-style playing.

The 2027 meeting is taking place from the 2nd (dinner) to the 9th of January (breakfast).

Whether you play a Touch Guitar, Chapman Stick, Warr Guitar, or another touch-style instrument, this intensive will be beneficial for you.

Over six days you'll experience:

• 40+ hours of hands-on instruction

• A small, intimate learning environment

• Daily playing, collaboration, and exploration

• Guidance tailored to both beginners and experienced players alike

• A welcoming community

This isn't just a workshop. It's a chance to step away from your routine, immerse yourself in music, and spend meaningful time with people who share your passion.

Players come to improve their technique. They leave with new ideas, lasting friendships, renewed inspiration, and a deeper connection to their instrument—and themselves.

All levels and all touch-style instruments are welcome.
